From the beginning, our customers have been our number one priority. While strict quality control, lab testing, and manufacturing under tightly controlled conditions are all very important, they are all done for one reason – to bring you high quality, affordable supplements. We pride ourselves on customer loyalty and are pleased to report that nearly all of our first-time customers become devoted patrons. You can be confident that from the moment a product is conceived to the moment it leaves our facility we put only the best into ProteinCo so you only put the best into your body. If you are not satisfied in any way, please return the container.

ProteinCo Quality Guarantee

Every batch of ProteinCo produced must pass a rigorous set of quality control and taste tests before it leaves the manufacturing facility. This is why we offer a full quality guarantee on every tub of ProteinCo product sold.

If our products are not the best they can be - and the best you can buy - what else matters? So if you don't experience the desired results from a ProteinCo supplements products, you may return the unused portion for a 100% refund.

Forty Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason a ProteinCo supplements product is not satisfactory, return it to us for exchange or full refund.

Guarantee terms and conditions:

If you would like to return part or all of your order, please fill in the reverse of your invoice that accompanied your order and send the goods back to ProteinCo. You are responsible for all postage and packing costs and these will not be refunded.

If after the first few (1-3) scoops you don’t like the taste or the way the products mix, you will receive a full refund, less costs of postage and packing which are non-refundable.

  • Other than that, refunds will be offered on a proportionate basis to reflect how much of the product has been used.
  • Powdered products will be weighed on return to ProteinCo to establish how much has been returned.
  • If you take advantage of any offer or discount, you will be refunded according to the discount that was applied to the offer.
  • Please allow at least 10 working days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

The money back guarantee applies to all products purchased on ProteinCo.com, by mail order or through our Customer Service department.

  • If you take advantage of any offers on the same product, all tubs/bottles/bars (including empty containers) will need to be returned for a refund to be made. Please ensure that tamper evident seals on unused products are not broken (other than the one tried) as only the sealed products can be refunded in full.
  • Refunds and exchanges can only be given for products received by us within 40 days from receipt of order and only if we have the original packaging and any remaining content returned to us. However, exchanges will not be further exchanged or refunded. Products that are out of date will not be refunded.
  • We cannot be held responsible for lost returns, caused by your choice of carrier. We therefore recommend you send your goods back via a recorded, special or proof of delivery service.

ProteinCo’s money back guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights.

Damaged Or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at 1.888.880.0477. Please supply the order number and item number from your original confirmation email, as well as your email address and phone number. ProteinCo will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return.

If there is extensive damage to the carton upon delivery, contact a Customer Service Representative immediately at 1.888.880.0477. Please have your order number available when you call.

Returning An Item

It is important to contact our Customer Service Department before you return your items so we can better care for your account. Please call or e-mail us at info@proteinco.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Whether you would like a refund or a replacement product;
  • The reason for your return:
    • -Incorrect item(s) shipped;
    • -Exchange an item;
    • -Dissatisfaction;
    • -Other, please explain.

A Customer Service Rep will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and (if necessary) shipment instructions for returning the item.
